About the project

One of the most exciting real estate investments in downtown Budapest is the Rubin Residence, which will be launched in 2023. The apartments are available in sizes from 35 m2 to several sizes according to the client's needs.
There will be 3 retail spaces on the ground floor and 50 apartments on 7 floors above these, as well as 54 parking spaces and 15 storage spaces below ground. A number of modern solutions, such as a cooling and heating heat pump system, will
guarantee a pleasant climate in the living areas, and smart house control and a camera system will ensure comfort.

 

About the designer

"I'm Gergely Milassin, architect, founder of K-arc Creative Workshop, a design studio that I founded 20 years ago with my wife Tünde Nyitrai. Our office is a small team of designers, mainly working on condominiums, office buildings, educational institutions and private properties.

For the buildings we design, whether it is the smallest remodeling, a single-family home, a multi-family condominium or a public building, we place great emphasis on creating a strong connection with the environment. Nowadays, high amenities, energy efficiency and sustainability are essential requirements, and the relationship and harmony with the environment have become particularly important.

Our team also includes highly experienced sectoral staff. Our members are very different in many ways, but what we have in common is that we all strive to deliver the best quality while keeping architectural values in mind at all times. We are always happy to set the bar high. For us, every new building is a new challenge, an opportunity to create new value."

Previous projects of the investors

The investor's first project was launched in 2003, in the XIII. district, the most popular area on the Pest side. Mohács Street is a popular street in the Lőportárdűlő district, and the investor has 50 apartments on this line. In Lehel Street, 100 apartments were built by the investor. The entire of both projects was completed in two years, and all apartments were sold.

In 2005 the investor bought a plot in Dobozi street in the 8st district. Construction started in 2007. The 110-apartment building includes commercial premises and parking spaces. The entire project was completed in two years, and all apartments were sold.

In 2007, the investor bought a building in Sziv Street, in the 6st district. The building was completely renovated and then rented out as offices for 8 years. The building was sold in 2015.

In 2008, the investor bought a building in Pauler Street in Krisztinaváros, in the 1st district. The building was completely renovated and then rented out as offices for 14 years. The building was sold in 2022.

In 2012 the investor bought a plot in Frangepán Street in the XIII district , the plans and design of the building were prepared for new building of 50 flats. The investor collaborated with a local partner the entire project was completed in two years,
all apartments were sold.

In 2017 the investor bought a plot in Andor Street in the XI district , the plans and design of the building were prepared for new building of 48 flats. The investor collaborated with a local partner the entire project was completed in two years,
all apartments were sold.

In 2019 the investor bought a plot in Bauer Sándor Street in the VIII district. The plans and design of the building were prepared for new building of 48 flats. Last year this project got a building permit , the construction will start in 2023
And expect to Finish in 2025.

In 2021 the investor bought a building in Sopron Street in Kelenföld, District XI , that office building is currently under construction started to renovate in December 2022 and expect to finish in August 2023 the company will rent that building.
